14 Minutes!


I know my post's the last few weeks have been boring for you guys, but this bootcamp program has been pretty intense for me, but I have lost 5 pounds and my cardio has improved so much and I am toning up after dealing with my knee the past year. Mr. Trainer had us meet him at the local high school track tonight and my stomach was in knots all day because we were running a mile. He told us just to push ourselves as much as we could and focus on our breathing and ourselves well most of us had to run,walk,run but we all finished. My knee is a little sore but with some ice and advil its fine and I am so proud of myself. Just had to share this with you guys....Barb

Good for you! I know running a mile is not easy ...I haven't done it in years because my knees are also shot. Now I just speed walk for cardio training.
