See the painting on the wall, my daughter was looking for something to put on the wall in Gage's room and we found something similar to this for $100.00, I haven't done any art work in a long time and decided to start back making art for my grandson's rooms. I took a picture and started painting, I changed up the colors and added Gage's name....Barb

Lauren is doing really well she has a doctor's appointment friday so we are hoping the back brace will come off,she has been able to walk on her foot the last few days and hopes to return to work after this week. She will be moving in with us for a while since she has used all her savings being off work for 9 weeks and I'm kinda excited about it. We adore her boyfriend and I am hoping he is the one, time will tell. My mom is back in the hospital in CCU not doing well, she is having breathing problems and not sure yet if its heart or lung issues, I hope to know more tomorrow. Lauren's doing well, she's feeling better every day. She's getting bored and has been reading and watching lots of movies, she hopes in a few more weeks she can go back to work but we will see what the doctor says next week and it depends on when she can walk on her foot and gets the back brace off. Hope to be back soon, our youngest daughter had an accident over a week ago. She fell 15 feet into some razorwire chasing her cat that got away. She has a fractured vertabrae and alot of stitches from some very deep cuts, we are very thankful she's alive after seeing where she fell.In about another month she should be able to go back to work, I am very thankful for her boyfriend he has been so much help during all this and has helped take such good care of her....Barb

Happy 5th Birthday!

5 years ago May 23rd this little guy came into my life and made me a "Gigi", he had his 5th birthday party last night and I can't believe it! I love you Jace Andrew more than there are stars in the sky!

My Purple Heart

I found when we traveled to the carribean a while back this was called a purple heart plant and that I had some that a neighbor gave me last year, it has been very easy to grow and loves our hot humid summers.It's very pretty and some have some flowers on it soon makes me feel that I have a piece of the carribean with me.....Barb

Isn't this the cutest cake? I had a wonderful day, my best friend came by around 8:00 this morning and brought me starbucks, scones and flowers and my hubby and the girls and all my sweet friends have made it a wonderful day. Next weekend four of my girlfriends are taking me to one of their lakehouses in Hot Springs and we are having a spa day and hanging out at the lake for the weekend.Who knew turning 50 would be so fun....Barb
