Simple Supper

Spaghetti squash, this is what I had for dinner tonight with a little salt, pepper and cheese sprinkles yummy. Tuesday nights police officer hubby works late, so its just me home for dinner and sometimes it's cereal, popcorn or peanut butter, so about 10 minutes in the microwave I had a fast and healthy meal.I went by goodwill on the way home from work today they had nothing that I wanted it's been that way the past few weeks. I am looking for some vintage white plates to hang in my dining room, I think that would look good with the red and make it pop. Hope you all had a great day....Barb

Yum...that looks good, I love squash. Have you tried the acorn squash? Cut it in half, put a chunk of butter and a little honey, cover with Saran Wrap and pop in micro for about 6 min. YUMMY.

Oh Barb...I went to my goodwill tonight and they had 4 of these vintage white plates for $1.49. I had them in my hand and set them back down.
Next time I am in there I will take my camera and take a pic. for you. Hopefully they will still be there!

Well I used to do a lot of sewing but not so much anymore since I'm busy and don't have the materials. I'd like to start back up. Maybe join a sewing class or something.

Sounds great! I've had spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce before. It's really good!

I know they tend to be more expensive, but you could check out some antique stores for your white plates. My hubby and I visited a few Monday and there were actually a lot of good deals on plates. Just an idea!
