What I Know!

My mom has breast cancer, it's called squamous cell carcinoma breast cancer and has some lymph node involvement. This is a rare type of breast cancer and is usually a type of skin cancer, she has an appointment with the oncologist Feb.22nd and then they will do a PET scan to see if it has spread any where else in the body, so at this point not sure how good or bad it is. She is in denial about all her health issues right now so it's very rough to try and talk to her now and other family members that don't want to help but are quick to point out criticism.
