Jace helping gigi in the kitchen, he loves to take all the utensils out and help me.I always have to run them through the dishwasher and clean the counter but it's a small price to pay for company while I'm cooking. My husband is doing well after his surgery he's on a lowfat diet which is fine but no spicy foods so thats been a little bit of a challenge....Barb

I bought this game a few weeks back to play with Jace, I never thought I would see my husband play it! They have been laying on our bed playing this, so funny....Barb

Solitude

Busy Week!

Just a quick note to let you know my husband had gallbladder surgery yesterday and he's doing fine this has kept me busy this week he had to go to the ER and one of the doctors on call is a friend of his and got him into see the surgeon monday and they scheduled the surgery yesterday. We are home and as of this morning he is resting and sleeping much better, talk to you all soon....Barb

Old Mill

The old Mill in North Little Rock this week after it snowed, it was featured in the opening scene in Gone With The Wind and is a beautiful spot to visit anytime of the year but looks beautiful with a blanket of snow....Barb

Catching Up

There's been alot of things going on here since the holidays and I will try to catch you up on my somewhat crazy life! Rachel and her husband are back together and have a christian couple whom is mentoring to them and her house did not sell because the people backed out at closing so they have moved back and one other detail she's pregnant! I'm going to be a gigi again at the end of September so it's been a crazy few months. The lord moves in mysterious ways and this little surprise that I have named "bean sprout" for now is going to be an added blessing to our lives. They had their first doctor's appointment today and saw the heart beating and got an extra ultrasound pic for me, Jace is not sure why mommy swallowed (his words) a baby cause she told him there was a baby in her tummy.I pray that my son-in-law will accept Jesus and for Rachel and her family to receive Gods blessings....Barb

Surprise!

Me without make-up and a frown!

I was surprised when I woke up this morning to get ready for work (no work for me) and it had snowed! In this part of the state we never know for sure if the weather forcast will be right, this little man's school was closed and mommy had to be at work by 10:00 so he was dropped off at gigi's house so we could play.We spent some time outside and now we are watching Backyardigans and having a snack and I don't know why I'm sharing a photo of myself without makeup because at my age thats not a pretty sight oh well, I'm having a snow day in sweats and no makeup.Have a blessed day....Barb
