History In Arkansas

This is one of the state parks in Arkansas that has beautiful scenery and a great place to get away if you crave some peace and quite. This was named after the Dutch monarch Queen Wilhelmina in 1898 a few months before she was crowned to invite railroad patrons to travel and to hope the new Queen would visit. If you enjoy hiking, reading by the cozy fire and sitting and watching a beautiful sunset you would enjoy it.The air was cool and crisp today and wonderful to be outside, you can also go online and read more about the history of the park.I hope you enjoy these photos and I'll show you some others this week of a few other places we visited, have a blessed day....Barb
