I am feeling much better, my blood pressure is back to normal it seems to have been a symptom of the migraine. My IBS symptoms have been much better, I have been taking probiotics ( they put more good bacteria in your body) eating more fiber and smaller meals and realizing that some foods are going to be off limits because they trigger my stomach pain. I have started back walking and plan on getting back to running some and allowing extra time in the mornings for my devotion and prayer.
