Highlights!

Lauren put some highlights in my hair yesterday and I am loving it! That's Lauren's cat Yoshimi that help's me with my makeup and hair every morning....Barb

Thoughts!

My mom has not been doing well this week, she has felt really bad after her dialysis treatments and her blood pressure has been dropping really low. She had a scan today to check and see if she can have a permanent port for dialysis and it will be next week before we know when she meets with the doctor. I honestly don't know how much more her body can take, most days I'm doing ok but today has been stressful for me just keep us in your thoughts and prayers....Barb

Thriving in the heat!

These black eye susans are one of the few things thriving in the heat in my flowerbeds, it's that time of year when the heat and humidity really kick in and make it hard to spend much time outdoors and I start to wish for some cooler days....Barb

This little man loves the water, he would spend every waking moment playing in the lake or pool. He had swimming lessons this week and did really well and of course it didn't hurt that he had a pretty teenage girl for his instructor and he was such a little flirt....Barb

We are having a fun 4th of July with family, it's been a hot humid day playing outside some and I am now cooling off and cleaning up my kitchen and dining room, soon my favorite watching fireworks!....Barb
